Control panel access details change

Dear customers.
In continuous effort to deliver high level of service we constantly monitor and improve the security of our services. Because of changes to the security policies the way our customers access cPanel and related services (cPanel, WebMail, WebDisk etc.) has changed as outlined below. This change is effective on 31 May 2010.

for cPanel: navigate to http://yourcompany.com.au/cpanel
for WebMail: navigate to http://yourcompany.com.au/webmail

The old way of accessing mentioned services is no longer awailable.

Server scheduled maintenance notice

Maintenance Window: Sunday 30th May, 2010 11:00PM - 11:59PM AEST
Expected Outage/Downtime: 30 Minutes
Services Impacted: All
In order to continue providing the same high level of service, we will be performing network changes.
During this maintenance window, you will experience one or more brief interruptions in service while we complete the maintenance activities; the interruptions are expected to last less than 5 minutes total. However, due to the complexity of the work, your downtime may be longer.

.au domain names scheduled maintenance

We have been advised that the .au registry operator, AusRegistry, are planning scheduled maintenance that will result in some .au services being unavailable this Sunday. Details as folllows:

Time: 08:00:00 AEDT - 12:00:00 AEDT
